Ahh, Friday.

I didn't post yesterday! Weird, I know.

It's because .... I didn't do anything yesterday. And I didn't want to talk about it. But here I am, talking about it anyway. I didn't want to talk about it because I couldn't think of one single excuse. I mean, I guess it's fine to have a rest day every now and again, but I'd rather rest when I need it. Not ... just because.

Anyhow. Today I just did some gym stuff. About 30 minutes on the elliptical and 15 on the Nu-Step. It wasn't too intense but my legs were kinda sore for some reason. Here's to hoping all that goes away in the next 14 hours or so because I have to be feeling good for run #3 of Week 2.

It feels like it's been longer than 2 weeks ... so I'm finding myself disappointed at the lack of results until I get back into my head and think, of course, it's only been 2 weeks. Save your judgement for week four.

I was looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow, but I have work @ 9 and then I have to meet a friend for her birthday after, so it's 6:30 or never. haha. oh well.

Sorry for the jumbled mess. These posts are probably why people don't like to read my blog. haha. Have a good weekend everyone!

I do like to read your blog, it's very real... I run from blogs that are super organised, they intimidate me... Don't lose hope, you're right to wait for week four.

I'm right there with you...
yesterdays run sucked. I thought I'd be banging it out and I almost ended up pushing off of parked cars at a couple of points. And I'm not even doing any other workouts

Like you said, let's see week 4.
