I also had a question for all of you -- I'm planning a trip to Colorado next week. (It's for a conference so I don't know how much time I'll have to get running in, but I'm planning to go for at least 2 runs during the 5 days I'm there). Anyway I was wondering if any of you had any tips or advice for a first time altituder like myself. The city I'm staying in has an elevation of 6780 feet. I've been to Colorado before, but have never attempted running there.
