Just a short run today (2.7) but it's what was on the schedule and it went really well, all things considered. Only a mild headache during and after the run and I felt pretty fit. Managed about a 12:15 pace despite rain and 30mph winds so I'll take that for today! Another 3 planned for tomorrow and then "long" (but technically only 4) on Saturday.
I'm 23 and a graduate student in Exercise Physiology, meaning I have tons of free time (right). Also meaning I know TONS about exercise, but don't have nearly as much experience or consistency as I would like. To remedy this, running is a new hobby of mine, and I'm hoping to turn it into a lifelong part of who I am.
